Fixed sleep interval for international customers.

Added an "Enter/Exit" drive mode that will activate the shutter settings when a subject enters the beam path and then again when it leaves.

Requires Sabre firmware version 1.0.03 or later.

The shutter minimum on-time was reduced to one millisecond to make Sabre compatible with the high-speed shutter.

Bug-fix for the real-time clock -- The app sent the wrong time down to Sabre causing it to not wake up properly at the desired interval.

Added "A or B" (A|B) triggering option for when using two Sabres and a dual-beam cable.

Added a "hybrid" drive mode. This will activate the shutters using their programmed value but only for the duration that an object is detected. Once the object leaves the field of view from the sensor, the shutter outputs will immediately stop.

Added support for Saber v1.0.01 controller software:
1. Added periodic activation of shutter outputs to keep the camera and/or flash primed.
2. Added "Load Defaults" to each tab so that you can restore the functionality of just one mode without overwriting all of Sabre's settings.
3. Added a low-voltage shutdown option on the "Global" tab. This is for use with lead-acid batteries deployed in the field. It prevents ore-discharging external batteries. It can also be used with solar panels.

Fixes:
1. full-press and aux settings were incorrectly using the half-press settings.
2. Added a "done" button when entering non-decimal numbers. There was no good way to close the keyboard when complete (other than scrolling).
3. Added a "close" button to the help menus for phones where there wasn't enough screen real-estate to click off of the pop-up.
4. Limit timeout field wasn't wide enough for larger durations.
