With the Midttrafik app, you can buy single tickets, multi-ride tickets (clip cards), and commuter passes for Midttrafik's buses, the Light Rail, and Midtjyske Jernbaner.
Single tickets and clip cards purchased in the app cannot be used on Arriva trains or DSB trains.
Commuter passes purchased in the app can be used on Midttrafik's buses, the Light Rail, Midtjyske Jernbaner, as well as Arriva and DSB trains.

Other tickets (e.g., to Djurs Sommerland)
Before using the Midttrafik app, you must create an account and decide how you want to pay.
You can pay with MobilePay and Apple Pay or link a payment card (Dankort, Visa, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, American Express).
If your phone is set to English language settings, the Midttrafik app will display in English. You can also switch to English under the "My Account" menu.
Remember!
• Buy your mobile ticket before the journey begins and before boarding.
• Make sure you have an internet connection when purchasing your ticket. However, the ticket can be displayed without an internet connection.
• Ensure your phone has enough battery for the entire journey so you can show your ticket during ticket inspection.
• The phone must be intact so that the ticket is visible on the screen during inspection.
• Single tickets and clip card tickets purchased in the Midttrafik app are only valid in Midttrafik’s area for travel with Midttrafik’s buses, the Light Rail, and Midtjyske Jernbaner.
• Single tickets and clip card tickets purchased in the Midttrafik app are not valid for travel on Arriva or DSB trains.
• Commuter passes purchased in the app can be used on Midttrafik’s buses, the Light Rail, Midtjyske Jernbaner, as well as Arriva and DSB trains.
