Adding YouTube Exercises to Training Days Now Even Faster
We have completely revamped the ability to add YouTube exercises to your training day, both on the web portal and in the app.
Now, it's enough to just copy the YouTube link. We'll take care of the rest and add all the content of the exercise.
Emoji in Messages and Comments
We have extensively updated our database so that emojis can now be shared.
Send Team Invitations with Team Code
We are ending individual invitations via email. From now on, you can share your own TEAM CODE easily via bulk email or by messaging in a group chat. Anyone with this team code can then make a team request to the admin. You will receive information about pending team requests in the web portal and in the app, so you can easily decide whether to accept or reject them.
Notes for the New Season
It often occurred that the option to start a new season was not found. Now, users with write permissions in the "My Team" module will see a button to start the new season as the playtime approaches its end.
Polls Revised
There were occasionally problems with entering longer texts in polls. This has been adjusted along with small design changes.
Revision of Parent and Player Roles
Users with write permissions have always been able to plan their actions in easy2coach quite clearly and easily. However, users with read permissions often had an overly comprehensive view with many modules and restricted pages. This has now been thoroughly cleaned up, so that especially users with read permissions (such as parents and players) can now overview individual modules and the dashboard even faster. Also, these users can now respond to events more quickly.
Revision of the Active Contacts List
We have tidied up the "My Team" page a bit more, so you can now better see which player is assigned to which parent. We also renewed the "User" icon in this context, so you can directly see in the app which contacts are actually users in your team.
Adding External Players
Many of you know that we can easily add external players to training sessions and games. We have now placed the buttons for adding external players even better in the training module, so you can add trial players at any time.
Archiving Teams
We have renewed the option to archive teams. Now you can more easily exclude teams from the dashboard/calendar.
In the contact list, messages, files, and surveys, you can also now remove content from archived teams.
Small UI, UX Changes and Bug Fixes:
- Automatically set timezone
- Design adjustments in the training plan and especially in the group division
- User / Contact image update: If a user uploads a picture for their user profile, the picture will now also be updated in the contacts if no picture had been uploaded there before. If a picture is already attached to a contact, it will of course remain untouched.
- A bug had crept into the tournament statistics in the app. This has now been fixed.
- Sharing content via WhatsApp, especially on iOS devices, caused cryptic line breaks. This should now be fixed.
- In the statistics, the date filter was often set in the past by default. Now an active time span should be set by default.应用描述

Adding YouTube Exercises to Training Days Now Even Faster
