    Why? Because soon you’ll get SikkerSurf – a service that enables you to surf the web more safely when you’re online using mobile data or mobile internet. SikkerSurf automatically blocks websites that contain virus, scam or malicious software so it doesn’t have to end badly if you accidentally click on a link in a scam email.

    But what does SikkerSurf have to do with Mit Telenor, you might ask?

    The answer to that question is, that SikkerSurf is going to live in My Telenor. That means that My Telenor is the place you can turn SikkerSurf off on one or more of your subscriptions – or turn it back on if you regret having turned it off.

    And that’s what we've made the app ready for.

    Now all we need is for the developers to press the fancy button that says ‘Give SikkerSurf to all of Telenor’s nice mobile- or mobile internet subscribers because we want them to feel good and safe online’

    Navigating your subscriptions, phones and other products from Telenor has never been easier!

    This update gives you the tab “Devices”, where you can check which subscription belongs to which phone, how much you have left on your installments, or if you have SkærmSkift.

    You’ll find the “Devices”-tab on the home page of My Telenor. It’s located between the tab “Subscriptions” (where you can check your subscriptions) and “Safety” (where you can access NetSikker or NetSikker Plus).
    And don’t worry – it sounds a lot more difficult in writing than it is in real life!

    This update fixes a bug that luckily only has affected a few of you, but has been quite a big problem for those of you who have experienced it: We’ve had a few business customers who haven’t been able to log in via SMS login. We have fixed that now. Everything else is like it used to be – and for those of you who don’t use My Telenor for business purposes there is no difference at all.

    You’ll find all the important information about your subscription(s) in the app, such as your sim card number, PUK code and broadband number plus the name and the price of your subscription.


    - Family overview
    You can view your family’s usage directly in the app and get a simple overview of your Samlerabat, if you have more than one subscription.


    - See coverage and report errors
    Have you experienced bad coverage on your mobile or mobile broadband? We’d love to hear from you – you can report bad signal and coverage faults directly from the app. Our technicians will investigate the issue when you report a problem.


    - View communication from Telenor
    The app gives you a full overview of e-mail communication from Telenor. This is the easiest place to find information such as an old Wi-Fi password or the receipt of a purchase.


    - Check installments and SWITCH
    You will also find an overview of your installments. If you bought your phone with SWITCH you can also see when you’re eligible of switching your phone to a newer model.



    To get full access to the app you need to be a Telenor Denmark customer and have a Telenor ID account. If you do not have an account, it’s easy to create one in the app. You can also use the app with limited access via SMS login, which also works for B2B users.
