bug fix where accessing free version "for some first time users" was failing

Emergency fix - rotation buttons in an Artistic Session are not functioning.

Loading an artistic session now has a fail-over mechanism with a specific timeout to load all scoring data for the session. The fail over presents a message regarding the session failed to load and presents a button to try again. Poor internet / network connections are quite common in gyms and this fail over feature should help users understand what is occurring.

New feature to allow us to disable a performance stats feature under the covers

Fix for session awards categories where awards categories based on a entire competition level and not a specific age partition are showing as a blank header row
