    We are a team of running enthusiasts, coaches and elite runners based in the Alps. We love running on track, road and trail.

    • Guillaume Adam is the co-author of a scientific publication at MIT (Boston) on running performance predictions. He finished in the top 50 at the 2023 New York Marathon, and has had a stellar career on the track, including a sub-4 minute mile.

    As a certified coach, he has developed the Artificial Intelligence (AI) that generates your adaptive training plan.

    • Romain Adam is an expert in startup development and also a keen runner, having completed the UTMB in less than 30 hours and a marathon in 2:32. He has run more than 10 marathons and uses the RunMotion Coach marathon training plans to prepare.

    RunMotion Coach is the official online coach for the UTMB® World Series, inclusive of the main trail running circuit and many amazing global events ranging from 5k to marathon distance.

    OUR RUN MOTION TEAM

    We are a team of running enthusiasts, coaches and elite runners (selected for International competition). We love running on track, road and trail.

    • Guillaume Adam is the co-author of a scientific publication at MIT (Boston) on predicting running performances. He finished in the top 50 at the 2019 New York Marathon, with a finishing time of 2:26, and had a stellar career on the track, including a sub-4 minute mile and multiple international vests for France.
    As a Certified Coach, he has developed the Artificial Intelligence (AI) that generates your adaptive training plan.

    • Romain Adam has a marathon PB of 2:38 and is an expert in startup development. His next challenge: competing in the Paris Marathon, with the RunMotion Coach marathon training plan.
