[Balance Checker Explained]
Majority of giftcards support online balance check. GCB offers other options when live query is unavailable.

a) Online & Website
- GCB opens in-app balance check web page
- GCB auto fills in card details (manual copy/paste available when automation fails)
- User fills in captcha if required by merchant
- GCB extracts card balance (full card details displayed on screen)
* If you find the automation does not work as expected, please report bug and we will sort it out.

b) Phone Call
- GCB displays merchant help desk number
- User needs to ring up and manually record balance in the mobile app

c) Store/Receipt
- GCB links photos of receipt/invoice to giftcard record
- User takes a photo of receipt where balance is displayed or manually edit balance field

d) Other cards
- GCB can store cards that are not yet in our list
- User takes card photos and types in card names manually
- GCB dev team will try to find info for the new card and add it to our app ASAP

Gift Card Balance (GCB) checks live giftcard balance. The mobile app wallet offers a simple yet accurate way to retrieve real time card balances since 2012. Balance query is performed by connecting directly to the website of card provider/merchant from your device. All giftcard records and related photos are 100% stored in your phone.

The purpose of the app is to help you manage and redeem gift card easier when shopping online or instore. Never having trouble to find the balance again or forget giftcards in your drawer. Always finish up card balance and remaining dollar/ cash/ money before expiry date. Physical giftcard, online card, e-gift card, digital card and gift voucher can all be added to our mobile card wallet. Put all your purchased, gifted or free gift cards in one spot.
