Added the ability to change when the app refreshes the current card. Choose between daily, hourly, or every time the app is opened.

Apple Watch:
The current card will now show on Siri Watch Face.
Access the refresh interval menu by force press.

Also fixed an issue where Cards were not reliably updated on some devices.
