    应用描述

    The app main features are the following

    a. Request for LOA (Letter of Authority) - this feature allows the member to submit LOA request for Out-Patient services with accredited providers an easy way to get approval.

    b. My Benefit Plan - contains member's current/previous healthcare plans including the limit coverage and the limit amount.

    c. My Benefit Availments - contains list of medical availments (the services or procedures availed) and corresponding amount or charge.

    d. Reimbursement Claim - allows the member to file a reimbursement claim.

    Secondary features are:

    • Medicine Reminder - this feature allows the member to add schedule when to take medicine(duration and time)
    • Provider Network - Searching of accredited hospitals and clinics
    • My WELLNESS - contains wellness articles, healthy tips and etc.
    • Request for Callback - this allows the member to request for a callback with the specified concern then a call center agent will act on the request.
