通过 connect 字段，用户可以自由定义 CONNECT 请求格式。

支持变量替换：[M]（CONNECT）、[H]（主机）、[U]（主机:端口）、[P]（端口）、[V]（HTTP 版本）、[S]（服务器地址）、 [SP]（服务器端口）、[T]（时间戳）、[X]（X-T5-Auth）。

若存在[X] 则会动态生成 X-T5-Auth

支持自定义动态生成X-T5-Auth中的 multiplier 和 modulus 参数
