Happens is an event overview app which differentiates from similar concepts in several ways.
- Happens goal is to gather every event on the planet in one platform.
- Simplicity and user interface is a key objective. We’ve studied all other event apps and decided to create Happens because of the insufficient options available. We want everybody to be able to access everything, in the simplest, best organized way possible.

- With the Happens live function, users can share their event experiences with pictures, videos and comments.
- With the same function users can get insight into ongoing events as they progress. That way, Happens is not purely an information platform, but also a social media platform.
- It’s easier to find the events you want on Happens, because events are differentiated on a wide spectrum of categories. We also use color codes to differentiate small, big, rare and epic events.
- Happens is design in an artistic way, placing it in an aesthetically different league of other options.
- We also distribute social karma points to active users, which can be converted to real-life rewards later.
