    If messages, surveys or diary are available in the digital pathway, you can request treatment-related information or relay information to the professionals treating you or the other person on whose behalf you are acting. You will receive a reply within 3 working days.

    Secure service

    You can access the app through strong authentication by using your online banking codes or mobile certificate. After the first authentication, you can access the app by using a PIN code, facial recognition or fingerprint recognition.

    You will be able to use the app at a lower threshold, anytime and anywhere. The app makes it easier to monitor your treatment or the treatment of the other person on whose behalf you are acting.
