The LifeGuardian app is an all-in-one personal safety solution for seniors, people with disabilities, lone workers, and anyone who wants peace of mind knowing that help is always within reach.

24/7 Nurses On Call
• Pressing the HELP button sends an alarm to our 24/7 Emergency Response Centre
• Any alarms automatically triggered by the LifeGuardian iOS app (available for iPhone and Apple Watch) or other INS devices will be attended to by our Emergency Response Centre
• Our Emergency Response Centre is staffed by highly qualified and experienced nurses who are on call 24/7 and are trained to assess and respond to any emergency situation with poise and confidence.

GPS Tracking
• The built-in GPS locator ensures that in an emergency our nurses will be able to locate you and send assistance — even if you are not able to respond.

Fall Detection
• If a fall is detected, an alarm will automatically be sent to our Emergency Response Centre.
• Our nurses will attempt to establish contact to check on your wellbeing. If contact cannot be made with the wearer, our nurses will send emergency personnel to your location.
• Requires the LifeGuardian app to be installed on your Apple Watch.

Crash Detection
• If a crash is detected by the LifeGuardian app, an alarm will automatically be sent to our 24/7 Emergency Response Centre.
• Our nurses will attempt to establish contact to check on your wellbeing. If contact cannot be made with the wearer, emergency personnel will be sent to your location.
• Requires the LifeGuardian app to be installed on your Apple Watch.

Two-Way Voice Communication
• Features two-way voice communication — so even if you can’t physically answer an incoming call, the LifeGuardian app can auto-answer in an emergency so we can still talk to you.


Geofence Alarms
• You can also set Geofence alarms (for those with dementia or Alzheimer's who may be prone to wandering) to automatically notify contacts if the user leaves set areas.

Medical Information and Chat Line
• Talk to a nurse at any time for medical information, clinical advice, and reassurance, or just to chat when you’re feeling lonely.

My Concierge Service
• Request assistance for arranging a wide variety of services from local professionals and service providers — either from your preferred provider, or ours.

TeleHealth (Vital Sign Monitoring)
• Record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, etc.) – either automatically via Apple Watch or any of our approved range of Bluetooth devices, or manually using your existing devices.
• If vital signs reach critical levels (based on pre-set user thresholds), an alarm would automatically trigger to INS LifeGuard.
• Stored data can be accessed at any time via our free Client Portal and you can even share an electronic report with your GP, if desired.
• Includes the ability for family or carers to monitor your activity, safety, health and wellness.

TeleHealth (Detecting Health Trends)
• Future development includes the ability to detect trends in the user’s health data that may be a cause for concern.
• If a concern is identified, the LifeGuardian app sends automated alerts to suggest preventative actions.

Optional Add-Ons
• Add our optional SmartDock to charge your phone wirelessly, and take advantage of enhanced audio quality via the microphone and speakers in the dock.
