    This update is based on all your feedback, thanks so much for your emails!

    * Landscape Mode
    I've heard from some of you that you use Just Run on a treadmill, and that it would be much easier to be able to place your phone on its side. Now you can!

    * Improved Design
    I've tidied up Just Run's design to make it easier to navigate. I've also chosen a more modern font which is much clearer to read. I hope this will help improve the app for people who emailed about readability issues.

    * Timer on Lock Screen (and Apple Watch!)
    I've rewritten the code for the Timer on Lock Screen Feature Preview from scratch, which should fix the majority of the bug reports I received for it. One change as a result of this is that this feature now requires iOS 18 or above.

    If you have an Apple Watch with WatchOS 11, you should now automatically see the timer on your Apple Watch during a workout session, alongside other widgets and Live Activities. Note that this will only work while your Apple Watch is close to your iPhone, so you'll still need to take your phone with you when running.

    - Zero to 5K: Gets you from absolute zero running experience to 5K in just 9 weeks, with three 30-minute workouts per week
    - 5K to 10K: If you can already run 5K, or have finished Zero to 5K, this plan gets you to 10K in only 6 weeks

    - Target dates for each workout, calculated based on your progress, and optimal exercise days
    - Choose from multiple trainer voices, which tell you exactly when to run and walk
    - No ads! Ads are no fun, so Just Run has no ads!
    - Works with music, audiobook and podcast apps - Just Run will briefly lower the volume of the other app when prompting you to run and walk, so you'll never miss a prompt

    Hey everyone, just a few small feature updates and fixes this time.

    New:
    - Added dark and tinted icons for iOS 18
    - If you've changed the App Theme, the icon will go back to green with this update. To change your icon colour back, go to App Theme in Settings, change to Go-Getter Green, then back to the colour you want.
    - Beep Robot has graduated from Feature Preview, thanks for all your feedback!

    Fixes:
    - Fixed an issue where reminder notifications were not being scheduled correctly
    - The 10K plan now shows the correct target dates if you switch to it immediately after finishing the 5K plan

    I'm very excited to announce Just Run 3.0! Though you might not notice much difference at first, the timer code has been rewritten from scratch to future-proof the app for the newest iOS versions. This will make the app use less battery, while also being more reliable in the background.

    On a personal note, this update is the result of months of work, research and testing. It wouldn't have been possible without your Premium purchases, which meant I could take time off from my day job to focus on Just Run.     If you tend to forget your workout days, this update brings a Feature Preview for you! Premium users can try out Reminder Notifications on the Settings screen to get a notification on the day of your workouts, at a time you choose.

    I get quite a few emails from people who like to use Just Run over and over, so this update brings improvements for users who do workouts more than once!
    - Restarting an earlier workout will now show target dates for all later workouts, instead of showing them as complete
    - A new "See previous sessions" button lets you see all the times you've run a particular workout

    As well as all that, this update also brings some other new features!
    - New Backup and Restore functionality lets you transfer your workout data to a new phone, or manually keep two devices in sync
    - Added a new Perseverance Pink theme
    - You will now be prompted to confirm stopping a workout, to help avoid any accidental stops
    - The Settings button has moved to a new tab bar, to make it easier to access on large screens

    Plus some other fixes!
    - The total workout time in the workout summary now includes the seconds instead of rounding to the nearest minute
    - Changing to the 10K plan immediately after finishing the 5K plan now shows the correct target date of 3 days later
