Updated access to Event Documents (Maps, Links etc)

Adds an extra setting "Display controls setting applies to the display of results in the App".
Also in HITMO:
- enhanced so that autoPunchStart and generateResultOnUserPrematureExit result in a pseudo approach to S1 and F1
- HITMO tolerance is limited to 40m if we are hiding unpunched controls in results

Changes to the default settings for Select Event and Events Near Me for a fresh install of the App. Defaults to future events and events in the last year, sorted by date newest at top. Also adds a "Reverse" switch to Sort Order.
