    HET ABC VAN STRESSMANAGEMENT
    Respiroguide is gebaseerd op de meest recente research in de neurowetenschappen en stressmanagement, voor u vereenvoudigd tot een doelmatig en gemakkelijk te bedienen instrumentje. De kennis is gebaseerd op de resonantie frequentie van het hart.
    Respiroguide Pro traint de reflexen en daarmee de elasticiteit van uw bloedvatstelsel. Het biedt hulp bij verlaging van de bloeddruk, is effectief bij stress, hoge werkdruk en piekbelasting en geeft concentratie op school, bij studie, bij het nemen van beslissingen .
    Hartritme is een dynamische lichaamsfunctie, die op ieder moment varieert. In een Actieve staat (sympathische activiteit) neemt de hartslag toe, in een toestand van Calm, de kalm en ontspannen staat neemt de hartslag af. Hartcoherentie is de Balans staat van het autonome zenuwstelsel, waarin u zich prettig en veilig voelt, los komt van angst, spanning en stress.
    We kunnen in de staat van hartcoherentie komen door geleide ademhaling.
    Iedereen heeft een eigen ademhalingsfrequentie (resonantie frequentie) waarin hartcoherentie optimaal bereikt wordt. Deze ideale resonantie frequentie ligt tussen 0,06 Hz en 0,12 Hz. Respiroguide Pro is uw hulp bij het vinden van de persoonlijke resonantie frequentie. U kunt instellen op vier verschillende frequenties:
    1. Gemiddeld: F6: 6 ademhalingen per minuut = 0,1 Hz
    2. Gemiddeld: F5: 5 ademhalingen per minuut = 0,083 Hz
    3. Langzaam: F4: 4 ademhalingen per minuut = 0,066 Hz

    Om uw eigen resonantie frequentie te vinden is het belangrijk om alle vier de frequenties te ervaren en waar te nemen:
    -welke het meest een gevoel van balans geeft: wakker en tegelijkertijd ontspannen
    -welke over een langere periode van minstens vijf minuten ook comfortabel blijft
    -welke een maximum amplitude geeft in Heart Rate Variability. Om dit te zien heeft u biofeedback apparatuur nodig, bijvoorbeeld bij een hartcoherentie coach.

    De Respiroguide Pro is een medisch getest instrument. Meer dan 20 jaar wetenschappelijk onderzoek laat positieve effecten zien: lagere bloeddruk, betere stresshantering, vermindering van faalangst, verbetering van prestaties, positieve effecten bij ADHD en trauma. Let op: ga niet speciaal diep inademen, dat kan na een tijdje lichtheid in het hoofd tot gevolg hebben. Focus op de uitademing is het meest effectief.
    Start: druk op Play en adem in en uit met het verloop van de geel-oranje bal. Adem in als de bal omhoog gaat, adem uit als deze naar beneden glijdt.
    3 minuten is de tijd, die ervoor nodig is uw stressniveau te verlagen. Onderzoek heeft aangetoond, dat ademen in de frequentie van 4-7 ademhalingen per minuut het cortisol-niveau verlaagt en u stress en emoties beter beheerst.
    Drie minuten is de ideale beginperiode, maar geleidelijk kunt u de oefening langer maken.

    Twee keuzemogelijkheden:
    - Zet het geluid van de oceaangolven aan of uit (de golven lopen synchroon met de resonantie frequentie van 4-7 ademhalingen per minuut)

The Respiroguide Pro will help you to find your personal resonance frequency, which depends on the length and width of your blood vessels.
    You can set the guide in four different frequencies:

    QUICK START: press the play button and just breathe in and out with the yellow dot. Breathe in as the dot goes up, breathe out as it goes down.
