As long as you do not decertify your license, your package will automatically be renewed on the first day of each month. The mentioned subscription fee is valid for the duration of your subscription. The SELLER reserves the right to change the subscription fee, price and other conditions for renewed subscription periods. The BUYER shall be notified of such changes when renewing the subscription period, in which case the BUYER shall reserve the right to annul the agreement herein and terminate the subscription.

In case the subscription is cancelled within the month/year, the canceling procedures will be valid by early next month.

The subscription agreement herein may be prolonged under newly determined conditions upon the user’s demand or approval, starting from the signing of the agreement until the date it terminates. The user has the right to terminate the subscription agreement of indefinite period or definite period of a year or longer, without any justification and paying any penalty charges.
