PhoneTrack NexGen Mobile is the mobile edition to the PhoneTrack NexGen call accounting system. PhoneTrack NexGen lets businesses consolidate all their Private Branch Exchange servers (PBX) into one call accounting system.
PhoneTrack NexGen Mobile is a iOS client that will allow you to:

•Monitor all phone call detail records across multiple sites.
•Access your centralised business phone-book, modify or add new contacts to it.
•Establish phone calls on your iPhone directly from the centralised phone-book.
•Print, preview or send via e-mail attachment any PhoneTrack NexGen report. PhoneTrack NexGen comes with many pre-configured reports but the integrated report generator will allow you you to produce as many reports as you require.
•All above is done via secure login into a proprietary back-end server.

PLEASE NOTE: This application requires you to install the separate PhoneTrack NexGen system BEFORE use. You can obtain a free version for evaluating purposes from our site.

•Bug Fixes - Minor bug fixes, including erratic daylight saving time in the call browser.
•New Feature - New functionality that allows users with sufficient access rights to manage remotely the PTS (Phone Tracking Server) NT Services of all sites. All services can be stopped and started remotely.
•New Feature - New functionality that allows you to store locally on your iPhone a ready-to-print report. This is especially useful if you wish to print your report at a later time or another location.
•New Feature - The call browser allows you now to select specific sites you wish to monitor. Multiple sites can be selected.
•New Feature - The call browser allows you now to review historical call accounting records by defining From/To date and time.
•New Feature - Users can now request a new phone authorization code whenever their code has expired. This feature is useful only if call authorization codes are enabled at your PBX and the relevant interface for PhoneTrack NexGen is installed.

Please make sure to upgrade your PhoneTrack NexGen Backend Server to the latest version in order to use all new functionality!
