We're also including previews of voices, a top requested feature that will greatly improve the experience for customers trying Vital for the first time. Lastly, we also included some helpful instructions on how to save meditations (ensure you listen to all the spoken words first, then a save button will appear after you end the meditation).     Hello Unguided Meditations! Vital is great for beginners, as the audio-guided sessions help introduce you to multiple forms of Meditation. Once you begin to really feel the benefits of trying meditation, you can move into Unguided Meditations, which are like Vipassana - an ancient form of meditation - and some say the original. It is a way of observing oneself without judgment, and it is said to be helpful in achieving enlightenment. Here at Vita, some of us ONLY use Unguided Meditation on a daily basis, and streaks in the app serve as a nice reminder of how this fits into our lives.

    1. The number one most requested feature is now live, Saved Sessions! After you complete a meditation, you now have the option of saving it.
    2. The number two most requested feature is also here: meditations with the screen off! We completely rebuilt the app to bring you this.
    3. The app is redesigned to make it easier to start a new session (one less tap!) and to easily find your Saved Sessions.
