- Added tier labels to Implants/Rigs. You’ll now find visual indicators that make comparing Implants and Rigs easier than ever.
- All Implants can now be fitted at Commander Level 1.
- All Rigs can now be equipped at Headquarters Level 3.
- Implant/Rig set bonuses now activate with just 2 Implants/Rigs from the same set.
- You can now change Implants and Rigs even when your fleet is stationed outside a structure.
- The Implants/Rigs interface now includes an attributes overview to track total bonuses.
- A new system Deep Space Data Archaeology has been added to the Recruitment menu, where you can collect Exclusive Implants/Rigs.
- The former DED Market will no longer be available.
- The Guristas Loots that can previously be purchased in Military Exploits/Loyalty Points Markets are now replaced with Data Probes that can be used in Deep Space Data Archaeology.
- The Guristas Tags have been renamed Data Core Fragments. You can use them to exchange for Implants/Rigs in the Deep Space Data Archaeology, including exclusive ones.
- The Stellar Construction Terminal has been relocated to the Recruitment menu, where you can now acquire Fleet Agents and use Fleet Agent Data Packages to exchange for Fleet Agent Installation Packs. (Please note that Fleet Agents are available from Season 2 onward.)
- Installation packs can now be used directly in the Fleet Agents interface to unlock Fleet Agents.
- The Fleet Agents interface has been improved to clearly show upgrade and promotion bonuses.
- Added a “Development Recommendation” panel to the main UI for personalized, system-recommended tasks and progression goals.
- Added an “Offline Incomes” panel, which automatically pops up on login to summarize your resource changes while offline.

Egg Hatching Program:
· Holo Boost Protocol
Two great-value bundles, Daily Egg Supply and Ultimate Egg Collection, have been added and are now available for purchase in the Holo Boost Protocol.

Fixed a bug where the accumulated recruitment progress in certain Recruitments was missing on UI.

Executioner Core:
· When equipped by Maller: In the first turn, your wing gains 100% chance to initiate Rapid Fire for 1 turn. In the first 3 turns, your wing additionally gains Quick Response and 40 extra Data Rate, but your drone wings receive 10% extra damage.
· Fixed an issue where the reloading effect of Close-in Turrets was incorrectly affected by Decoder Error.

New Gameplay Systems in S3:
• Turret Modification System
o Modify turrets to change how a ship initiates Direct Fire and its damage type.
o Turret Modification can be unlocked through Season Missions, allowing each ship to choose a Turret based on its performance and traits.
• Formation Training System
o Commanders and ships can gain mastery of other Formations through Formation Training System.
o Formation Training can be unlocked through Season Missions.
• Secondary Assembly Array System
o Now your Homebase gains an additional "Components Assembly Array," which operates independently from the primary one, allowing simultaneous production for components.
o By completing Season Missions, you will be able to unlock the Secondary Assembly Array and upgrade its components capacity and manufacturing speed.

Feature Optimizations:
• Lowered difficulty for escaping from captivity:
o Reduced ransom amount required.
o The vulnerable shield duration after captivity now scales with the number of times a player has been captured in the past 24 hours, with a maximum duration of 2 hours. Allies can now see the remaining countdown when selecting the captured Homebase.
o "Evacuate" will no longer cause loss of your grids and personal structures.
• From S2 onward, server merges will be conducted by “team” (corporation).
o Chief Commanders in the same “team” (corporation) will always be matched together in the next season.
• All Shipyards will be removed from starting Regions.
• The level 8 Station at (505,817) and the level 6 Station at (639,748) on the route from Gallente space to Nullsec will swap positions.
• Added a “Tutorial” tab in the FAQ.
• Added a “Strength” tag for commanders and ships based on their popularity.
• Battle Report now includes data statistics of Fleet Agents.
