    After two months of hard work, we’re finally releasing this update. In one line: the long-awaited male voiceover, dozens of new meditations, and updated 28-day plans for 5 different goals.

    Now, let’s go into more detail:

    1. Male voiceover for all meditations: We’ve added a male voice option for all meditations. Now, you can choose a voice in the Settings that best suits your needs.

    2. New meditations: We've introduced new meditations focused on controlling sexual arousal, managing fantasies, breathing techniques, and much more. These will help reduce anxiety, improve body control during sex, enhance erection quality, and lead to longer and more intense sessions.

    3. Expanded 28-day plans: All five existing plans have been expanded to 28 days of regular sessions. By completing them day by day, you’ll notice a significant improvement. Plus, you can now change your goal anytime in the Settings.

    In addition, we've fixed many bugs and improved usability—just some minor touches. We hope you’ll enjoy this update and leave us a rating in the App Store. At least, that’s what we’re hoping for :)
